What you'll do
- Organize and inspect daily cleaning of equipment, production areas, and auxiliary factory spaces
- Coordinate the cleaning team, prepare work schedules, and assign shift duties
- Check the correct use and suitability of cleaning materials, equipment, and related documentation
- Monitor periodic cleaning programs and good manufacturing and hygiene practices
- Record attendance, monitor cleaning results, and update the quality control manager
- Manage consumable and cleaning-supply inventories, orders, and supplier communication
- Inspect the team’s personal protective equipment and workwear
- Apply safe factory-closing procedures when required
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Organization, time management, and daily task coordination
- Team management and team coordination
- Problem solving and computer literacy
- Cleaning inspection and inventory management
- Order management and supplier communication
- Good manufacturing practices, good hygiene practices, health and safety, and personal protective equipment inspection

Ioniki Sfoliata SA was established in Northern Greece in 1991.
We are one of the key players in the production of frozen food in the Greek market. We are a vertically organised production company with a leading position within the food service sector & PL.
Both our head-office and production are located in the city of Thessaloniki. Our production unit covers an excess of 5.000 sq. meters within a plot of 25.000 sq. meters land.
