What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage the production team during the shift
- Supervise the implementation of the production plan and monitor productivity
- Train and support shift workers
- Monitor product quality and correct implementation of recipes
- Control compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality rules
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality control departments for smooth production
- Record production results and draft production reports
- Propose improvements for processes, products, and production performance
Key requirements
- Industrial food production knowledge
- Food quality systems including ISO, BRC, IFS, HACCP
- MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge of English
- Production team management and employee training
- Productivity monitoring and control of hygiene, safety, and quality rules
- Collaboration with maintenance and quality control departments
- Recording results and drafting production reports
- Proposing process and product improvements
- Industrial Engineering / Food Science and Technology / Chemical Engineering / Any Field

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:
Συντονισμός και διαχείριση της ομάδας παραγωγής κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας
Εποπτεία της εφαρμογής του προγράμματος παραγωγής και παρακολούθηση της παραγωγικότητας
Εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη των εργαζομένων της βάρδιας
Παρακολούθηση της ποιότητας των προϊόντων και της σωστής εφαρμογής των συνταγών
Έλεγχος της τήρησης των κανόνων υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και ποιότητας
Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Συντήρησης και Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της παραγωγής
Καταγραφή αποτελεσμάτων και σύνταξη αναφορών παραγωγής
Υποβολή προτάσεων για τη βελτίωση διαδικασιών, προϊόντων και παραγωγικής απόδοσης
Τι αναζητούμε:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ με κατεύθυνση Βιομηχανικής Παραγωγής, Επιστήμης & Τεχνολογίας Τροφίμων, Χημικής Μηχανικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
Εμπειρία σε θέση ευθύνης σε βιομηχανία τροφίμων
Καλή γνώση συστημάτων ποιότητας και ασφάλειας τροφίμων (ISO, BRC, IFS, HACCP)
Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, ιδιαίτερα Excel
Θα εκτιμηθούν επιπλέον:
Εμπειρία σε παραγωγή προϊόντων ζύμης ή συναφών τροφίμων
Συμμετοχή σε έργα βελτίωσης παραγωγικών διαδικασιών ή ανάπτυξης νέων προϊόντων
