What you'll do
- Perform daily quality checks on production and product packaging lines
- Test water hardness and chlorine content
- Check the proper operation of metal detectors and X-ray systems daily
- Inspect semi-finished and finished products against defined specifications
- Inspect and receive raw materials according to specified procedures
- Complete required forms and enter results into system records
- Monitor compliance with procedures and food hygiene and safety rules
- Record quality control results and report deviations promptly
Key requirements
- Food quality control and production process control
- Raw material inspection and semi-finished and finished product inspection
- Food hygiene and safety
- Metal detector inspection and X-ray system inspection
- Water testing, quality control results recording, and form completion and data entry
- Computer proficiency and English language
- Food Technologypreferred

Ioniki Sfoliata SA was established in Northern Greece in 1991.
We are one of the key players in the production of frozen food in the Greek market. We are a vertically organised production company with a leading position within the food service sector & PL.
Both our head-office and production are located in the city of Thessaloniki. Our production unit covers an excess of 5.000 sq. meters within a plot of 25.000 sq. meters land.
We also running two branches, the first is in Athens since 2002 and the second in the island of Crete since 2006. These two branches fully cover (sales, warehousing, logistics) our customers network in the capital area and in the south region.
Our exports to Europe, Australia, US & UAE are growing significantly over the last few years and its an area of our business that strategically is positioned as one of our key priorities.
