What you'll do
- Coordinate and monitor daily goods receipts at the warehouse
- Record and complete goods receipts in the WMS
- Check, enter, archive, and track delivery notes and supporting documents
- Reconcile receipt data and coordinate with Accounting for timely invoicing
- Monitor daily inbound and outbound warehouse movements
- Prepare and update reports on warehouse movements and operations
Key requirements
- Warehouse operations: Warehouse management, warehouse movement tracking
- Goods receipts: Goods receipt coordination, goods receipt data reconciliation
- Systems: WMS, ERP
- Documentation: Document management
- Reporting and productivity tools: Reporting, MS Office, Excel
- Vocational Education / Economics / Business Administrationpreferred
