What you'll do
- Communicate daily with businesses across Greece about product and service range
- Inform internal departments of customer needs via telephone communication
- Enter orders into ERP system
- Manage complaint platform
- Provide customer service including order information, balances, and samples
- Send telesales statistical reports
- Check inventory levels using ERP platform
Key requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience with ERP platform usage
- Skilled in telesales communication and customer service
- Competent in complaint management
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Capable of working under pressure
- Any Fieldpreferred

Ως υπεύθυνος/η Γραμματεία Πωλήσεων (Telesales) θα είσαι σε καθημερινή επικοινωνία με επιχειρήσεις σε όλη την Ελλάδα και θα ενημερώνεις για την γκάμα των προϊόντων & υπηρεσιών μας βασιζόμενος/η στις ανάγκες των πελατών μας.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
• Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με πελάτες και ενημέρωση των αναγκών τους στα αρμόδια εσωτερικά τμήματα της εταιρείας
• Καταχώρηση παραγγελιών στο ERP
• Διαχείριση Πλατφόρμας Παραπόνων
• Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών όπως πληροφορίες για παραγγελίες, υπόλοιπα, δείγματα, κα.
• Αποστολή στατιστικών αναφορών Telesales
• Έλεγχο του επιπέδου των αποθεμάτων μέσω πλατφόρμας ERP
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• Πτυχίο Ανώτατης ή Ανώτερης Εκπαίδευσης
• Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office, CRM systems
• Συνέπεια στην υψηλή ποιότητα η οποία ακολουθεί τα εταιρικά μας standards
• Ικανότητα εργασίας σε καταστάσεις πίεσης
• Δεξιότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου
• Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε τηλεφωνικές πωλήσεις σε Food Service (HORECA) channel
• Επιθυμητή γνώση Αγγλικών
