What you'll do
- Record import and export transactions in the commercial and accounting system
- Monitor goods movement and control warehouse inventory
- Record purchases, expenses, and securities in third-category accounting books
- Prepare monthly tax obligations, including VAT, withholding taxes, VIES, and INTRASTAT
- Participate in calculating monthly payroll
- Participate in preparing annual financial statements under Greek Accounting Standards
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Import and export accounting; accounting for purchases, expenses, and securities
- Inventory control; third-category accounting books
- VAT; income taxation; monthly tax obligations; VIES; INTRASTAT
- Payroll; labor and social security matters
- Greek Accounting Standards (GAS)
- MS Office; English language
- Accounting
