What you'll do
- Account for imports and exports in commercial and accounting cycles
- Monitor goods movement and control warehouse inventory
- Account for purchases, expenses, and bills in category C books
- Prepare monthly tax obligations including VAT, withholding, VIES, and INTRASTAT
- Participate in payroll calculation
- Assist in preparing annual financial statements according to Greek Accounting Standards (E.L.P.)
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of accounting for imports and exports and warehouse inventory control
- Experience with accounting for purchases, expenses, and bills using Greek Accounting Standards (E.L.P.)
- Preparation of VAT and tax obligations including Income Tax
- Participation in payroll calculation and knowledge of labor and insurance matters
- Proficiency in English language both oral and written
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and experience with Softone ERP
- Accounting

Λογιστική παρακολούθηση εισαγωγών- εξαγωγών στο εμπορικό/ λογιστικό κύκλωμα.
Παρακολούθηση διακίνησης εμπορευμάτων & έλεγχος αποθεμάτων αποθήκης.
Λογιστική Παρακολούθηση Αγορών/ Δαπανών/ Αξιογράφων σε βιβλία Γ΄ κατηγορίας.
Σύνταξη μηνιαίων φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων (ΦΠΑ, Παρακρατούμενων, VIES, ΙΝΤRASTAT).
Συμμετοχή στον υπολογισμό μηνιαίας Μισθοδοσίας.
Συμμετοχή στις εργασίες προετοιμασίας των ετήσιων οικονομικών καταστάσεων κατά Ε.Λ.Π.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/IEK Λογιστικής.
Εμπειρία 3-5 ετών, κατά προτίμηση σε λογιστήριο βιομηχανίας.
Καλή γνώση Φορολογίας Εισοδήματος, Φ.Π.Α, Ε.Λ.Π.
Καλή γνώση Εργατικών/ Ασφαλιστικών θεμάτων.
Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά).
Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και MS Office.
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα
Χειρισμός Λογιστικού Προγράμματος SOFTONE ERP.
Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και ομαδικής εργασίας, οργανωτικότητα, αποτελεσματικότητα.
Συνέπεια στην τήρηση προθεσμιών.
