Based in Paiania, Attiki, Greece, the successful candidate will report to the CFO of the company and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Executing supplier payment transactions with accuracy
• Organizing and maintaining supplier documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance
• Reviewing and validating incoming invoices
• Preparing and issuing cheques for payment processing
• Resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate invoice reconciliation
• Calculating and managing employee bonus payments as part of payroll activities
• Overseeing the administration of the company’s ΕΣΠΑ funding programs
• Collaborating with the Accounts Payable team to streamline and enhance operational processes
• Any other task that may be required from time-to-time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, showcasing practical knowledge and proficiency in accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP Software such as Galaxy
• Familiarity with Power BI is highly valued
• Knowledge of ESPA funding processes is an asset
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel
• Fluency in both Greek and English
