- Prepare structured progress updates highlighting key milestones, risks and deviations

Intellectica is recruiting an experienced Site Civil Engineer on behalf of its client, a leading developer of modern logistics and industrial projects, with a strong track record in delivering high-quality construction developments across Greece. The role is based in Attica, Greece, and offers the opportunity to contribute to technically demanding projects within a dynamic and growing environment. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in on-site project execution, supporting planning, coordination, supervision and progress monitoring.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
Acting as a key member of the engineering team, supporting the end-to-end execution of construction projects
Leading and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with technical designs and project specifications
Tracking and controlling project costs within assigned scope, ensuring alignment with approved budgets
Monitoring construction progress and timelines, identifying risks early and driving corrective actions when required
Overseeing subcontractors and site teams, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to quality standards
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and all relevant construction requirements
Supporting on-site technical problem-solving, improving constructability and execution efficiency
Coordinating with architects, engineers and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
Reviewing technical drawings and identifying inconsistencies, risks or optimisation opportunities
Measuring quantities and calculating required materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project execution

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field; A Master's degree or certifications in relevant areas will be highly welcomed
Minimum 8 years of hands-on site experience in large-scale construction or renovation projects
Proven ability to manage complex projects independently, with full site responsibility
Bringing solid experience in managing project budgets and supporting negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
Excellent understanding of architectural and mechanical drawings and construction methodologies
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project (or relevant project management tools)
Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
