What you'll do
- Design software architecture of AI products with senior team members
- Own and drive implementation of full features in AI products or data platforms
- Build data pipelines independently and provide data profiling
- Conduct peer reviews and identify code inefficiencies
- Adhere to development frameworks, mentor junior members
- Respect test strategies and ensure estimation of non-functional requirements
- Assist in building CI/CD pipelines and act as quality gatekeeper
- Maintain focus on quality, information security, and data privacy
- Represent AI team at meetups and conferences for knowledge sharing
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Strong Python skills and experience with scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Tensorflow, xgboost, Poetry, pip, pdm
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask frameworks
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with data storage formats like Parquet, Avro, ORC, JSON, CSV
- Understanding of distributed systems, Map-Reduce design pattern, and design patterns
- Knowledge of Git, DevOps practices including ML-Ops, and containerization with Docker
- Computer Science / Engineering / Informatics / Quantitative Fieldpreferred
