What you'll do
- Analyze public cloud services to design solutions meeting client requirements and security standards
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud architectures
- Refine technical requirements and translate business objectives into technical roadmaps
- Develop business cases and delivery plans aligned with industry best practices
- Own end-to-end delivery of cloud solutions including development, testing, and release of Infrastructure as Code
- Build full-stack automated quality pipelines for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring
- Modernize client architectures by migrating and optimizing workloads across cloud platforms
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solution maintainability
- Coach and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Advise clients on engineering best practices and quality standards
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders including client IT teams and project sponsors
- Support project teams in prioritizing activities and ensuring timely deliverables
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Expertise with Public Cloud Platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab
- Strong Linux/UNIX Administration skills with distributions such as Red Hat, CentOS, or Alpine Linux
- Ability to develop Business Cases and Delivery Plans
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers
- Excellent Communication Skills in English
- Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Experience in Cloud Solution Design and Cloud Architecture Security Standards
- Familiarity with Full-Stack Automated Quality Pipelines

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
Strategy & Solution Design
Analyze new and existing public cloud services to design solutions that meet client requirements, security standards, and industry best practices
Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud architectures tailored to each client's business needs
Contribute to the refinement of technical requirements and translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps
Support the development of business cases and delivery plans that are detailed, actionable, and aligned with industry best practices
Delivery & Engineering
Own the end-to-end delivery of cloud solutions, including developing, testing, and releasing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Build full-stack automated quality pipelines covering infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and continuous monitoring
Help clients modernize their architecture and core technologies, migrating and optimizing workloads across cloud platforms
Create and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation to support long-term solution maintainability
Leadership & Client Engagement
Coach and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical growth and knowledge development
Advise clients on engineering best practices, quality standards, and principles for building highly reliable systems
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client IT teams, end users, and project sponsors
Support the project team in prioritizing activities and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on work with one or more public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining production-grade cloud solutions across GCP, AWS, or Azure environments
Strong command of CI/CD principles and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab
Solid knowledge of Linux/UNIX administration, including distributions such as Red Hat, CentOS, or Alpine Linux
Demonstrated ability to develop detailed business cases and delivery plans aligned with industry best practices
Background in mentoring, coaching, or supporting the professional development of junior engineers is considered a strong advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with IT teams, end users, and clients
