About the job
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Identifying, qualifying leads, and taking deals across the finish line
- Managing relationships with key customers, providing exceptional service addressing their needs promptly and identifying up-sell & cross sell opportunities
- Analyzing RFPs from public and private organizations, understanding the requirements and driving the team to create and submit the best possible proposal
- Devising the company’s sales strategy in order to ensure that the Company’s product / service is appropriately demonstrated throughout the customer prospecting process
- Writing quotations to be sent to prospective clients for the implementation of pilot projects customized to their business needs
- Conducting ongoing market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, new technologies and competitive threats
- Monitoring sales performance metrics, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement or optimization
- Any other task required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics-related subject
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in a SaaS Company would be a big plus
- Energy/facility management industry knowledge is considered a plus
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products / services and position them against competitors
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Track record of results in strategy, management, and execution
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Willingness to travel internationally across the EMEA region
