Based in Athens, the candidate’s primary goal is to contribute to the growth of the company, driving sales of the company’s retail stores.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of two retail stores, taking ownership of their commercial success
• Championing a culture of outstanding customer service and experience, ensuring high customer satisfaction rates and retention
• Setting quantitative and qualitative targets for store staff, based on the company’s strategy, and managing/motivating the sales teams to achieve them
• Recruiting, engaging and developing winning store teams
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance (KPIs) of the stores, sales, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring adherence of the stores to the company’s branding and merchandising guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, security, sustainability, urban planning, and other requirements governing the operation of retail stores
• Leading and coordinating with the departments involved in store openings, renovations, and refurbishments
• Daily involvement in digital customer relationship management and corporate processes
• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• BSc in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years’ professional experience in retail sales, business development and store management roles
• Experience in commercial management and CRM/ERP systems
• Proven experience in managing experienced sales teams and achieving quantitative and qualitative goals
• Comfortable with MS office and related tools
• Fluent in English and Greek
