What you'll do
- Ensure products, materials and manufacturing activities meet quality standards, specifications and customer requirements
- Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of materials, components and finished products
- Inspect dimensions, tolerances, materials and functional characteristics of pumps and related equipment
- Monitor and support performance, pressure and final acceptance testing
- Conduct or supervise Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), evaluate results and verify compliance
- Identify non-conformities, investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain quality documentation and records, including inspection reports, certificates and test results
- Support the implementation and monitoring of ISO quality management systems and internal procedures
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Machining teams to resolve quality issues and support improvement initiatives
- Participate in internal and external audits, inspections and customer acceptance processes
Key requirements
- Quality inspections, measurements and testing of industrial or mechanical products
- Technical drawings, specifications, tolerances and material requirements
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including evaluation of results
- Quality documentation, inspection reports and technical records; MS Office
- ISO quality management systems and quality standards compliance
- Root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and non-conformity management
- Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Related Technical Discipline
