Based in Athens, Greece and reporting to both the Managing Director and the Projects Director, the successful candidate will play a key role coordinating and monitoring key projects.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Monitoring and coordinating project teams according to the requirements of each project
• Collecting offers for materials, supplies, and subcontractor services and managing the delivery/receipt of the related products and services
• Preparing budgets and rolling forecasts for each project; monitoring costs against budget, ensuring adherence to set limits
• Preparing and submitting offers, along with other members of each Project team, for private and public tenders
• Participating in project meetings and ensuring the proper implementation of works
• Preparing and issuing monthly updates to the client or management team of the company
• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• BSc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering; MSc or certifications in relevant areas will be highly welcomed
• At least 8 years of experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of Project Management tools, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
