What you'll do
- Plan, organize, direct, and oversee daily operations of the biomass power generation facility
- Monitor production activities and operational performance indicators to meet targets
- Coordinate and supervise plant personnel for optimal task allocation and shift execution
- Lead teams in maintaining compliance with operating procedures, quality standards, and policies
- Monitor performance of critical plant equipment and coordinate corrective actions
- Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Oversee operation of automated systems and plant electrical and automation infrastructure
- Support root cause analysis, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote a strong safety culture
- Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and provide management updates
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLC-controlled environments, and process control technologies
- Experience in production supervision, plant management, and industrial operations
- Familiarity with safety and quality procedures and quality systems
- Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and industrial performance metrics
- Skills in using MS Office and ERP systems
- Leadership and team management skills with strong decision-making and communication abilities
