Intellectica is recruiting an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Engineer on behalf of a Group of companies providing tailor-made consulting services, delivery of high-tech products and construction of all kinds of Real Estate and/or RES projects. Currently, the company is actively involved in Public-Private Partnership contracts, public works, private equity developments, real estate management of its own portfolio and consulting services in the Defense and Security Industry. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting to both the Managing Director and the Projects Director, the successful candidate will play a key role monitoring and coordinating key engineering projects.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Supervising on-site (field) activities and coordinating M&E works when required

• Monitoring and coordinating designer teams according to the requirements of each project

• Collecting offers for materials, supplies, and subcontractor services related to Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems

• Preparing budgets and rolling forecasts regarding M&E costs

• Preparing and submitting offers, along with other members of each Project team, for private and public tenders

• Participating in project meetings and ensuring the proper implementation of M&E works

• Preparing and issuing monthly updates to the client or management team of the company

• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• BSc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering; MSc or certifications in relevant areas will be highly welcomed

• At least 7 years of experience in the construction industry

• Knowledge of Project Management tools, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite

• Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
