Intellectica is recruiting a Head of Multimedia on behalf of its client, dynamic, multi-channel media organization at the forefront of Greece’s broadcasting and digital content landscape. With a reputation for compelling storytelling, audience engagement, and innovation, the company spans TV and diverse digital platforms. As part of its continued growth and creative evolution, it is seeking a Head of Multimedia to lead all aspects of content editing and visual production across broadcast and online formats. This role reports directly to the Business Unit Head.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Leading all video and photo editing activities across TV, digital, and social media platforms, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of multimedia content that supports programming, marketing campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.
• Collaborating closely with content, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely and quality visual outputs.
• Managing multimedia production timelines and workflows to deliver projects on-time and in-full.
• Potentially managing and mentoring a team of multimedia editors and creatives, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring that all content complies with technical and editorial standards.
• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree, vocational training, or certification in Media Studies, Video/Film Production, or a related discipline
• Proven leadership experience in multimedia roles within media organizations such as broadcasters, digital publishers, or creative agencies
• Demonstrated success in producing high-quality content under tight deadlines across multiple platforms (TV, digital, social)
• Strong proficiency in video and photo editing workflows, with deep knowledge of production tools and post-production best practices
• Expert-level command of tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom; familiarity with After Effects and motion graphics is highly advantageous
• Experience working with digital asset management systems and collaborative content platforms
• Awareness of evolving trends in digital media, audience engagement, and visual storytelling
• Full professional fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
