What you'll do
- Lead development and expansion of the Energy Solutions business unit
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities in BESS, Industrial Heat Pumps, Electric Boilers, and Power-to-Heat
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, technology providers, and industry stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end development of technical-commercial opportunities including evaluation and business case development
- Coordinate communications with international suppliers and technology partners on specifications and project requirements
- Lead commercial negotiations and support contract development activities
- Coordinate technical and commercial workstreams for energy solutions projects
- Support growth and organization of the Energy Solutions division and represent the company in client and industry engagements
Key requirements
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) expertise
- Experience with Industrial Heat Pumps, Electric Boilers, and Power-to-Heat applications
- Commercial negotiations and contract support experience
- Supplier management and stakeholder management skills
- Business case development and technical evaluation capabilities
- Project coordination and strategic mindset
- Strong communication skills with ownership and accountability
- Availability for frequent international travel
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Engineeringpreferred
