The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, in-deep knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with ERP system implementations. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice to both new and existing clients to support revenue generation and growth.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for new clients and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Providing expert advice on financial reporting, compliance, and accounting workflows, recommending relevant services to clients
• Managing and allocating workflows within the accounting & tax team to ensure exceptional client service delivery
• Overseeing ERP system migrations, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting to optimize system functionality
• Conducting system audits and reviews to identify and implement improvements in financial processes and ERP functionalities
• Any other tasks that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; master’s degree and/or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are considered a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and exposure to ERP system implementation/migration
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and management practices
• Proficiency in Greek GAAP and IFRS
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent in Greek and English
