Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will become integral member of a top-tier Banking & Finance practice, renowned for its expertise in complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Drafting and reviewing complex documentation for financing, refinancing, rescheduling, and restructuring of borrowers
• Participating in a wide variety of transactions, including secured, unsecured, syndicated, and bilateral lending, corporate financings, acquisition finance, asset finance, and securitization
• Managing the sale and management of non-performing exposures
• Collaborating with international and domestic banks, investment firms, and other financial institutions
• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a strong academic record. A Master’s degree (LLM) in Banking and Finance or equivalent diploma from a repute law school in Greece or abroad is highly desirable
• 3-5 years of professional experience, with a focus on drafting finance and security documents
• Admission to the Athens Bar or a regional Bar Association in Greece. Dual qualification admission is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English and Greek
