Based in Paiania, Attiki, Greece, the successful candidate will report to the CFO of the company and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Recording and processing invoices and receipts
• Managing payments and other accounting documents efficiently and accurately
• Overseeing and tracking expense reports to ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Recording and managing expense reports related to fleet operations, as well as overseeing the management of the organization’s vehicle fleet
• Preparing and managing factoring transactions effectively
• Monitoring and managing all banking-related activities
• Ensuring accuracy in customer account reconciliations and compliance in supplier account reconciliations
• Managing and overseeing tasks related to ΕΣΠΑ funding programs
• Any other task that may be required from time-to-time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar position, showcasing practical knowledge and proficiency in accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with ERP Software and MyData is highly valued
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel
• Fluency in both Greek and English
