We are looking for a passionate Sales & Trade Coordinator to join our Sales Operations & Planning Team providing input to trade marketing plans and activities in order to achieve the objectives of Trade Marketing plans.

This is a coordinating role with responsibility for allocating and reviewing straight-forward (task-oriented) activities performed by a support, sales, technical, production or operations team. The Sales & Trade Coordinator will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Coordinating and organizing the execution of Trade Activity Plans in the Greek market, ensuring all tasks and materials are delivered on time.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional materials, POS (point-of-sale) and displays that support product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Train and guide the sales team on new initiatives, execution requirements, and allocation of merchandising materials.

  • Monitoring closely the implementation of commercial activities by collecting feedback, tracking materials, and following up with the sales teams.

  • Manage budgets for all POS and merchandising materials, optimizing investment and handling purchase orders/invoices (PO–SRM)

  • Collaborating closely with internal functions/stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with focus on Marketing, Business Administration or relevant

  • Professional experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector with good understanding of trade environment and market dynamics

  • Proficiency in English (written and oral) and in MS Office Skills

  • A flexible, dynamic, and collaborative mindset

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
