About the job
The Back Office Specialist, is a key member of a newly created team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Back Office Manager, the specialist is an essential contributor to the execution of our core back-office processes—including pricing, master data, credit/rebill activities—while supporting the department's digital transformation. By ensuring operational precision, they enable the front-line Customer Service team to focus entirely on delivering a superior Customer Experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Pricing & Master Data: Execute SAP pricing updates based on commercial offers and perform end-to-end creation and maintenance of customer and material master data.
SAP Maintenance: Perform system maintenance for order confirmations and high-volume data entries to prevent operational bottlenecks
Credit & Rebill Operations: Manage the end-to-end Credit and Rebill process, including validating requests and managing workflows to ensure invoice accuracy.
Rebates & Commissions: Process customer rebates and agent commissions in the ERP, ensuring conditions are correctly entered and accruals are posted accurately.
Reporting: Support the monitoring of key metrics such as data accuracy and processing lead times to meet departmental service level agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Service specialists to ensure a seamless internal transition from commercial offer to system execution
Qualifications:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, Finance or other related area
First experience in customer service/Customer care in a multicultural environment
Comfortable working in a digital environment and adopting new software. Knowledge of SAP (SD & MM modules) would be a plus
Communication: Fluent in English, French or German would be a plus
Good analytical and problem solving skills, result oriented
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and suggest practical solutions to enhance daily efficiency
Detail-Oriented: Highly rigorous and organized with a focus on data precision.
Digital Mindset: Openness to adopting new digital tools, automation, and AI-driven processes.
