We are currently looking for a highly skilled In-House Lawyer with experience in Public Procurement Law to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Master’s degree will be considered an additional qualification
- 3 years of experience in Public Procurement Law particularly, in drafting pleadings in disputes either at the stage of awarding or at the stage of execution of public projects, in drafting/processing of private contracts regarding projects/ concession contracts and PPPs
- Experience in providing advisory services in Public Procurement Law
- Member of the Athens Bar Association or one of the regional Bar Associations of Greece
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
