translation intern (paid internship)

Reporting to the Range Manager Greece & Cyprus of the Sales & Range Department, you are responsible and accountable to:

·      Support the translation and adaptation of internal communication materials (in-store and digital), promotional content, website material, training documentation, and other business-related texts for Greece and Cyprus

·      Assist in Sales & Range projects, contributing with linguistic and cultural insights

·      Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with IKEA’s tone of voice and brand identity in all translated content

What You Bring

·      No prior working experience required – any relevant exposure (e.g. university project work, freelance translation, student internships) is considered a plus

·      Studies in Translation, Philology, Communication, or related field (either ongoing      or recently completed)

·      Proficiency in Greek and English (written and verbal)

·      Strong PC literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet tools)

·      Excellent attention to detail and time management

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-player attitude

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
