What you'll do
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure product and F&B quality, safety, and compliance
- Ensure processes for recalls in the GR-CY-BG market are in place
- Organize and update CASY training materials and support GR-CY-BG users
- Keep market and F&B stakeholders informed of product quality deviations and risks
- Work across functions to boost customer satisfaction and reduce returns
- Monitor handling compliance cases and local sales stops; support major safety and quality alarms
- Collect, analyze, and report monthly Recovery KPIs from GR-CY-BG stores
- Track sales stop quantities and IKEA compensation across the supply chain
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Logistics background with retail experience
- MS Office and Navision proficiency
- Communication, collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
- Fluent English language
- Business Administrationpreferred

Reporting to the In store Logistics Manager of the Sales, Range & Logistics Division you are responsible and accountable to:
Drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure end-to-end product and F&B quality, safety, and compliance
Ensure processes are in place for recalls in the GR-CY-BG market
Organize and update CASY training materials; support GR-CY-BG users
Keep market and F&B stakeholders informed of product quality deviations/risks
Work across functions to boost customer satisfaction and reduce returns
Monitor handling compliance cases and local sales stops; support major safety/quality alarms
Collect, analyze, and report monthly Recovery KPIs from GR-CY-BG stores
Track sales stop quantities and relevant IKEA compensation across the supply chain
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in retail
Bachelor’s degree (will be considered as asset)
Good Knowledge in MS Office and Navision
Strong soft skills: communication, collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
Fluent in English
Solid logistics background
