What you'll do
- Manage supply, receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical materials
- Control proper drug handling and traceability according to hospital standards and procedures
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for safe and effective patient pharmaceutical support
- Participate in managing special drug categories and applying quality and safety procedures in the hospital pharmacy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and operating policies of the hospital pharmacy
Key requirements
- Pharmacy Degree and License to practice as Pharmacist
- Experience in hospital pharmacy or organized healthcare environment
- English language proficiency and computer applications handling
- Pharmaceutical products supply management and medication traceability compliance
- Collaboration with medical and administrative teams
- Organizational skills, responsibility, consistency, and team spirit

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες
Διαχείριση της προμήθειας, παραλαβής, αποθήκευσης και διάθεσης φαρμακευτικών προϊόντων και υγειονομικού υλικού.
Έλεγχος της ορθής διακίνησης και ιχνηλασιμότητας των φαρμάκων, σύμφωνα με τα ισχύοντα πρότυπα και τις διαδικασίες του νοσοκομείου.
Συνεργασία με τις ιατρικές, νοσηλευτικές και διοικητικές υπηρεσίες για την ασφαλή και αποτελεσματική φαρμακευτική υποστήριξη των ασθενών.
Συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση φαρμάκων ειδικών κατηγοριών και στην εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών ποιότητας και ασφάλειας του Νοσοκομειακού Φαρμακείου.
Συμμετοχή στη διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με το κανονιστικό πλαίσιο και τις πολιτικές λειτουργίας του Νοσοκομειακού Φαρμακείου.
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
Πτυχίο Φαρμακευτικής.
Άδεια άσκησης επαγγέλματος.
Προϋπηρεσία σε νοσοκομειακό φαρμακείο ή άλλο οργανωμένο περιβάλλον υγείας θα θεωρηθεί ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό προσόν.
Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και χειρισμού εφαρμογών Η/Υ.
Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια, ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσανατολισμός στην ποιότητα.
