What you'll do
- Conduct microbiological, physicochemical, and sensory quality tests on raw materials, production processes, and final products
- Perform sampling at control points
- Record test results and prepare related reports
- Follow instructions and quality procedures and standards
- Stay informed of industry developments and propose efficiency improvement actions
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators, identify improvement areas and report to supervisor
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management to achieve company goals
Key requirements
- Execution of microbiological and physicochemical tests and sensory evaluation tests
- Sampling for testing and experience in laboratory procedures
- Use of Laboratory Information Systems and MS Office
- Knowledge of English language
- Analytical thinking
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Chemistry / Biology / Biochemistry / Related Fieldspreferred

Η Ηπειρωτική Βιομηχανία Εμφιαλώσεων ΒΙΚΟΣ Α.Ε στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής της, αναζητά για τις εγκαταστάσεις της στα Ιωάννινα Αναλυτή Εργαστηρίου για τη διεξαγωγή εργαστηριακών ελέγχων ποιότητας της Εταιρείας.
Αρμοδιότητες
Διεξάγει μικροβιολογικούς, φυσικοχημικούς και οργανοληπτικούς ελέγχους των α΄ υλών και υλικών, των διεργασιών παραγωγής και των τελικών προϊόντων
Εκτελεί όλες τις δειγματοληψίες των σημείων ελέγχου
Καταγραφεί τα αποτελέσματα των ελέγχων που διενεργεί και συντάσσει σχετικές αναφορές αποτελεσμάτων
Τηρεί τις οδηγίες και τα προγράμματα σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες και τα πρότυπα ποιότητας
Eνημερώνεται για τις εξελίξεις και καινοτομίες στο χώρο του και προτείνει δράσεις ενίσχυσης της αποτελεσματικότητας του ρόλου του στον προϊστάμενό του
Παρακολουθεί και αναλύει τους δείκτες μέτρησης αποτελεσματικότητας & αποδοτικότητας του τομέα ευθύνης του, εντοπίζει θέματα / περιοχές προς βελτίωση, με σκοπό την αποτελεσματική λειτουργία του και ενημερώνει σχετικά τον προϊστάμενό του, προτείνοντας επίσης τρόπους βελτίωσης
Στον κάτοχο της θέσης είναι δυνατόν να ανατεθούν εργασίες / αντικείμενα που κριθούν αναγκαία από τη Διοίκηση για σκοπούς επίτευξης των στόχων της Εταιρείας
Απαιτήσεις
Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι. ή Τ.Ε.Ι. (Ελλάδα ή εξωτερικό) σε συναφείς με το ρόλο ειδικότητες όπως χημικός, βιολόγος, βιοχημικός, ή άλλα συναφή αντικείμενα
Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτή και προφορική)
Δυνατότητα μετακίνησης στις εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρείας

About the company
Epirotic Bottling Industry S.A. is one of the most renowned companies in the bottled water market, and a Greek family-owned company established in 1990. The company commenced its business in 1992 by bottling Vikos natural mineral water from the homonymous spring, distributing it to the Greek and international markets. The company operates four state-of-the-art factories with vertically integrated manufacturing processes. Three factories bottle water and produce refreshments, while the fourth, PETCOM Plastics, manufactures PET preforms and closures for the packaging of water, refreshments, and milk.
Across its 87.800m2 facilities within a 260-acre area, the company utilizes 7 water springs, operates 33 production lines, and reaches a production capacity of 537.700 bottles/hour. In 2014, after two years of intensive R&D, the company entered the refreshments market with 8 different flavors, creating a new product category: Vikos natural mineral refreshments.
The line was further expanded in 2017 with 3 low glycemic index flavors sweetened from the stevia plant, and is since including Vikos Cola Stevia, Vikos Orangeade Stevia and Vikos Lemonade Stevia. In 2021, Vikos Cola Zero Sugar was launched, a Cola Zero produced with natural mineral water and a unique recipe. In 2022, the new Vikos Pink Grapefruit Soda enriched the mixers range.
All Vikos refreshments are produced with natural mineral water from the spring of Zagorochoria and use juice from Greek fruits. In the same year 2022 the company completed a €22mil. investment in the new factory in Kalpaki, Ioannina, entering the HO.RE.CA market with new glass and aluminum packaging for the Vikos natural mineral refreshments.
Continuing its investment in innovation and sustainable growth, in 2024 the company launched an ambitious €62.8 million investment plan under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, with funding from the European Union-NextGenerationEU.
