C1 English
3-5 years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance in an international environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CTP, ACT) is a plus
Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and banking products
Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Advanced Excel / data-analysis skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage
Strong numeracy and attention to detail
Fluent English (B2 minimum); German as a language is a plus
Your tasks
Manage the scope and people development of the Treasury Team across multiple regions
Design, implement, and optimize treasury processes and controls to ensure liquidity, cash visibility, and compliance
Ensure accurate and timely execution of cash management, financing, and payment processes
Monitor and analyze key treasury KPIs (e.g., cash flow, liquidity ratios) and report to senior management
Identify and mitigate financial risks such as FX and interest rate exposure
Cooperate with the Head of Finance to define the treasury function’s strategy and contribution to overall financial goals
