Your skills
5+ years of previous working experience (or equivalent) in sales and/or account management in IT/TelCom area
C1+ English & German
Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication and negotiations skills
Strong ownership, resilience and goal-orientation
Willingness to travel internationally (typically twice a month)
Proven success in closing complex deals, ideally in global environments
Your tasks
We’re looking for a dynamic Account & Bid Manager to join our team and help drive strategic client relationships and solution-oriented sales. If you thrive in global environments and enjoy working across teams to deliver impactful offers, this role is for you.
Manage relationships with key clients and act as their main contact
Understand client needs and create tailored, solution-based offers (e.g. Device as a Service)
Lead the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to contract negotiation
Collaborate with internal teams (Bid Management, Delivery, Solution Architects)
