What you'll do
- Analyze demand forecasts and support supply planning activities
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and potential disruptions
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments by land, sea, and air
- Manage oversized and heavy-lift cargo including charter vessels and special permits
- Plan deliveries to construction sites and project locations
- Manage transportation schedules and ensure on-time deliveries
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues and delays
- Coordinate material readiness, packing requirements, and site delivery constraints
- Manage logistics RFQs and transportation tenders
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers
- Coordinate import and export activities and ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations
- Prepare and review shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of landing, and customs documents
- Monitor logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of logistics records within ERP and transportation management systems
- Track logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports on delivery, costs, clearance, budget, savings, transit times, carrier performance, and claims
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and service levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and regulatory standards
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Logistics coordination and freight forwarding
- Supply chain operations including demand planning and procurement
- Import/export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade compliance
- Transportation management systems and ERP systems (SAP)
- Microsoft Excel and performance reporting (KPI tracking)
- Heavy-lift transportation and logistics cost monitoring
- Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Engineering

is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing Project Management Office in Marousi, Athens.As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end supply chain operations for complex projects. You will be responsible for demand planning, procurement, logistics coordination, and inventory optimization, ensuring timely material availability and compliance with international trade regulations. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of international transportation modes and Incoterms.
Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs regulations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (APICS/ASCM)
Experience in project logistics, heavy-lift transportation, industrial projects, EPC, energy, or construction sectors.
Knowledge of customs clearance, HS Codes, and trade compliance requirements.
Experience in ERP systems (SAP)
