What you'll do
- Act as first point of contact for IT issues through service desk ticketing system
- Provide first-level technical support to end users remotely and on-site
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and applications
- Monitor and manage support requests to ensure timely resolution
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues with Network and Systems Engineering team
- Maintain high user satisfaction through effective communication and support
- Take ownership of incidents through resolution or escalate when necessary
- Support software design, development, and maintenance to meet business needs
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management
- Technical support skills in Microsoft client environments (Windows, Office)
- PC hardware support including peripherals and mobile devices
- Basic networking concepts knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL
- Experience with service desk ticketing systems and software/hardware troubleshooting
- Computer Sciencepreferred

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving IT issues, and maintaining hardware, software, and applications. You will contribute to system improvements, support software integration, and assist in the development and maintenance of internal applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues through the corporate service desk ticketing system.
Provide first-level technical support to end users, both remotely and on-site.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and applications.
Monitor and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues in cooperation with Network and Systems Engineering team.
Maintain a high level of user satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Take ownership of incidents through to resolution or escalate when necessary.
Support software design, development, and maintenance to meet business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (IEK, Technical Lyceum).
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and general IT service management practices.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft client environments (Windows, Office).
Experience supporting PC hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL).
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization.
Experience with SAP client-side support.
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Exposure to software development practices (e.g., test-driven development).
Familiarity with databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite).
Additional Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a production-oriented environment.
Residency in the wider Viotia region.
