is searching for an IT Support Associate to join our team in Eleonas Plant, Viotia.
As an IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations and improving IT systems as well as for new feature development and maintenance of our applications. You will support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
Responsibilities:
First level contact point for IT issues on a corporate service desk ticketing system
Works as part of an IT team
Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
Provides remote and local user support for business and industrial applications
Monitors requests and resolves in a timely manner
Maintains a high-level user experience
Takes ownership of cases until their resolution or escalates appropriately
Support the design, development and maintenance of computer software to suit a range of client needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science (ΙΕΚ, Technical Lyceum)
2 Years working experience in a similar – production intensive environment.
Fluency in English language, both written & spoken. Good Knowledge in English language, both written & spoken
Familiar with ITIL processes, strong technical and IT system knowledge especially within focus area
High level troubleshooting skills on Microsoft client software (Windows, Office)
Strong troubleshooting skills on PC peripherals and mobile devices
Basic networking understanding (TCP/IP, DNS)
Basic knowledge of other MS software (Active Directory, Windows Server Administration, SQL, etc.)
Basic SAP client-side troubleshooting experience will be considered a plus
