What you'll do
- Coordinate repair and return cycle of major equipment components with inventory and maintenance schedules
- Manage warranty claims from initiation to resolution, negotiating credit notes with suppliers
- Define and monitor KPIs for OEMs and third-party service providers
- Maintain accurate records of repairable and returned components in warehouses and storage
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and ERP tracking of components under repair or warranty
- Verify receipt and proper storage of repaired or replacement components
- Negotiate and formalize commercial agreements related to repairs and warranty with suppliers and OEMs
- Conduct supplier performance reviews monitoring service levels and contractual compliance
- Develop and implement RACI models to improve cross-functional collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warranty processes and reduce turnaround times
- Maintain documentation and develop strategies for obsolete and non-repairable components
- Support circular economy initiatives via component tracking, recovery, and lifecycle management
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Warranty management and repair coordination skills
- Component lifecycle management and mobile equipment maintenance knowledge
- Supplier negotiation, commercial agreement negotiation, and supplier performance review capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Excel proficiency
- KPI definition and monitoring expertise
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Continuous improvement initiative leadership
- Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Related Technical Discipline

You will be responsible for coordinating the repair and warranty management of critical mobile equipment components. Working closely with maintenance teams, suppliers, OEMs, warehouses, and external repair providers, you will ensure components are repaired, tracked, returned, and managed efficiently throughout their lifecycle, maximizing equipment availability and supplier performance.

You are responsible for
Coordinate the repair and return cycle of major equipment components, ensuring alignment with inventory levels and maintenance schedules
Manage warranty claims from initiation through resolution, negotiating credit notes and ensuring supplier commitments are fulfilled
Define and monitor KPIs for OEMs and third-party service providers
Maintain accurate records of repairable and returned components across warehouse and satellite storage locations
Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and ERP tracking of components under repair or warranty
Verify the receipt and proper storage of repaired or replacement components
Negotiate and formalize commercial agreements related to repairs and warranty coverage with suppliers and OEMs
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews, monitoring service levels, turnaround times, and contractual compliance
Develop and implement RACI models and standardized methodologies to improve cross-functional collaboration
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warranty processes and reduce repair turnaround times
Maintain comprehensive documentation while developing strategies for obsolete and non-repairable components
Support circular economy initiatives through effective component tracking, recovery, and lifecycle management
Your Education & Qualifications are
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty management, repair coordination, or component lifecycle management
Experience within mining, heavy industry, or industrial maintenance environments will be considered a strong asset
Good understanding of mobile equipment maintenance practices and component repair processes
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems, including component traceability
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
You are a professional with
