You are responsible for

• Develop and implement performance evaluation strategies for employees
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to talent management and performance
• Design and execute training and development programs
• Collaborate with managers and HR leaders to identify training and development needs
• Design, support and oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews and continuous feedback
• Design succession plans and contigency frameworks for critical roles
• Develop reward and incentive policies to enhance employee engagement
• Analyze data and generate reports to improve talent management strategies
• Implement HR Analytics tools and Performance Management Systems
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization

Your Education & Qualifications are

• BSc / MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, talent management, or HR-related roles
• Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs, and performance management systems
• Knowledge of HR software and Performance Management
• Systems Proficiency in English language
