You are responsible for

• Develop and implement effective retail strategies to enhance sales performance across the network
• Oversee the management and operation of all retail stores, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for store expansion or improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional campaigns that attract customers to stores
• Monitor stores performance metrics and generate reports to assess operational effectiveness and profitability
• Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service standards
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages staff development and retention

Your Education & Qualifications are

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite
