BSc / MSc Accounting, Economics

You are responsible for

• Perform audits, oversee payroll production, and ensure the accuracy of payroll-related data entries

• Maintain comprehensive records of new hires, salary adjustments, annual leave, and sick leave within the payroll software

• Manage the electronic submission of work schedules to the Labor Inspection

• Service and ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations

• Process and deliver essential payroll documents, including payment files and insurance lists, and coordinate with accounting for accurate entries

• Act as the primary point of contact for all employees regarding payroll matters, and manage the issuance of public sector-related certificates

• Keep the payroll system up-to-date with the latest updates and ensure it incorporates the newest features and enhancements

Your Education & Qualifications are

• BSc / MSc in Accounting or Economics

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Fluency in English

• Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, etc.) especially MS Excel

• Experience in payroll systems
