What you'll do
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs

- Maintain and update records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Oversee all maintenance activities related to industrial equipment and facility infrastructure

You are responsible for

Supervise, train, and coordinate the maintenance team, including mechanical and electrical technicians
Diagnose equipment issues and ensure timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime
Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities in coordination with production and operational requirements
Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate maintenance documentation, including logs and maintenance history
Manage and control maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory
Liaise with equipment suppliers and external contractors for repairs, upgrades, and service agreements
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance
Maintain and update records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Oversee all maintenance activities related to industrial equipment and facility infrastructure
Your Education & Qualifications are
BSc / MSc in Electrical Engineering
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, hydraulics, CMMS software, or related fields) will be considered an asset
2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial maintenance role
Proven experience in both preventive and corrective maintenance practices
You are a professional with
Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Proficiency in maintenance planning and CMMS tools
Budget management and spare parts inventory control skills
Strong leadership, organizational, and personnel management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Strong communication and coordination skills
