You are responsible for

• Analyze, produce, and maintain the Monthly Compensation & Benefits (C&B) reports and Budget scenarios
• Ensure functionality, data integrity, and accuracy of C&B data
• Maintain & improve current MS Excel database structure & Budgeting model
• Contribute to the monthly financial closing process
• Support the new system implementation for C&B planning
• Support the creation of the model blueprint and participate in the system transition
• Participate in cross – functional projects within or outside finance
• Provide ad-hoc C&B analysis across all functions

Your Education & Qualifications are

• BSc / MSc in Finance, Economics or similar degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Business or Data Analysis or HR Analytics role
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and advanced skills in Excel (Power Pivot and Power Query), Power BI background will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of Entersoft or other ERP experience will be considered an asset
• Fluency in both written and verbal communication in English & Greek
