You are responsible for
Handle inbound calls, emails, inquiries from customers
Provide accurate information regarding products, promotions, orders, deliveries, and returns
Manage order placement, modifications, cancellations, and complaints
Resolve customer issues professionally, efficiently, and with a positive attitude
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse) to ensure timely resolution
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
Follow company procedures and service quality standards
Your Education & Qualifications are
Experience in a similar position in a commercial department
Excellent communication skills in oral and written form
Knowledge of computer operation and MS Office applications
Knowledge of ERP systems, will be considered as a plus
You are a professional with
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
