You are responsible for

• Conducting research (quantitative and qualitative, primary and secondary), bibliographic reviews and data analysis using advanced technology
• Designing and developing educational material for face-to-face, hybrid and by distance learning (synchronous and asynchronous)
• Organising and implementing educational programmes/workshops (Adult Education, Vocational Education and Training)
• Organising meetings and events and participating in them Implementing projects’/results’ promotional activities with the use of technology – internet, social media, blog post writing, newsletters etc.
• Managing of project activities, deadlines, resources and communications
• Elaborating project reports
• Participation
• Traveling domestically and abroad
• Developing or participating in the development of research and education project proposals
• Maintain and further develop networks with local, governmental and international institutions.

Your Education & Qualifications are

• BSc / MSc / Certification in Education or BSc / MSc in Environmental Engineering or BSc / MSc in Business Administration – Project Management or Social Sciences and Humanities
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing training programmes/workshops (samples of relevant work should be provided at interview stage)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in Greek (Proficient level)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and online communication tools for virtual teamwork
• Very good use of design tools for interactive educational resources (e-books, presentations, infographics, videos), Internet, Social Media
• Knowledge of website/blog (WordPress) management will be considered an asset
• Track record in managing and implementing Erasmus+, Horizon, European Social Fund, European Regional Development Fund, Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme will be considered a strong asset
