You are responsible for

• Coordinate accommodation bookings and room allocations in collaboration with contractors and hotel partners

• Act as the main point of contact for accommodation-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication

• Monitor service quality, including cleanliness, food standards, and maintenance, conducting regular inspections as needed

• Manage contractor relationships and ensure compliance with agreements

• Oversee logistics such as transportation schedules, linen services, and meal provision

• Maintain accurate records, occupancy reports, and weekly projections

• Support emergency response procedures and ensure worker well-being at all times

Your Education & Qualifications are

• BSc in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field

• Experience in hospitality, operations, or workforce logistics

• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with data tracking/reporting

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
