About the job
As a Hilti Store representative, you’ll look after our retail site in Marousi, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. You’ll have broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue, which opens lots of career options for the future. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories. Also you will be responsible for carrying out the processes relative to our Peak on Demand and Loan Tool services. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.
• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers and prospects, fostering strong business relationships to build and maintain loyalty.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver the highest level of service through efficient order fulfillment, expert product knowledge, and personalized consultation.
• Inventory and Order Management: Effectively manage product inventory, ensure smooth order flow, and optimize inventory steering to meet demand.
• Team Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and team members to ensure seamless operations and a supportive work environment.
• Customer Consultation: Provide individualized service by demonstrating and explaining the full range of products and services.
• Product Presentation and Campaign Execution: Present products in a customer-oriented and professional manner while implementing and supporting marketing campaigns effectively.
• Process Coordination: Execute and coordinate all essential operational processes.
•Proactive Customer Outreach: Initiate proactive calls to engage with the existing customer base, ensuring continuous relationship building.
• Inter-Store Support: Provide coverage and support for other Hilti Stores when required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and create actionable tasks based on customer interactions and insights.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Retail/sales experience is highly preferred
Passionate about exploring and promoting new technological solutions
Strong communication skills with a personable, energetic approach
Proven ability to meet and exceed goals while building long-lasting client relationships
Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented
