What you'll do
- Prepare raw materials and packaging materials, transport them to production areas, report deviations, and record process control data.
- Operate equipment according to work instructions and defined production procedures.
- Monitor equipment to maintain the required production rates.
- Perform initial product inspections and unload products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Check labels and packaging materials to ensure correct product labeling.
- Package finished products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Follow quality, operating, legal, and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in your assigned area.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Planning and Manager.
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Production equipment operation, raw material preparation, and packaging material handling.
- Understanding work instructions and production procedures.
- Product inspection, product labeling, and finished product packaging.
- Quality procedures, safety procedures, and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
- Process control data recording and Microsoft Office.
- Shift work availability and housekeeping.
- Compulsory Education
