Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Agent. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving corporate sales opportunities, helping the company meet its revenue and market share targets.
Key responsibilities:
Perform detailed occupancy and revenue analysis, including both regular and ad-hoc reporting.
Oversee the administration of yield management actions for tour operators.
Maintain proactive communication with reservations and hotel teams to stay informed of key developments.
Conduct thorough market and competitor research, including price analysis and reporting.
Assist with a range of e-commerce initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and Deputy Director during the contracting process.
Manage group business inquiries, including preparing offers, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating with hotels.
Support the Sales Department by handling correspondence, responding to inquiries, and managing group quotation processes.
Participate in and assist with hotel educational visits.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings, representing the company.
Ensure proper archiving and filing of all sales-related documents.
Undertake additional sales-related duties as required by the company.
Qualifications:
Higher Education Degree.
Full knowledge of English and German language (knowledge of additional language will be appreciated).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office .
Previous experience as sales agent or relevant role.
