We are seeking a proactive Marketing Designer to join our creative team. This role involves designing impactful visual assets for digital and print campaigns, collaborating closely with the marketing team and hotel staff, and ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints. The Marketing Designer will play a key role in bringing our brand to life and supporting marketing efforts across all hotels in our collection.

Key responsibilities:

• Create impactful designs for digital and print campaigns, including social media, email marketing, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, other departments, and hotel teams to ensure consistent and effective creative solutions.
• Support hotel-specific marketing needs by delivering tailored designs.
• Assist in preparing polished, professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with graphic design agencies for design orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain the highest quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Corel and Canva.
• Proficiency in English. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
