Job description:

H Hotels Collection is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Key responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate screening and onboarding of new employees.

• Ensuring company policies comply with local labor laws and regulations.

• Coordinating new hire orientation and ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.

• Takes on additional HR duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR management.

• Supports the coordination and delivery of employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.

• Assisting in performance management processes and conducting employee evaluations.

• Serves as a resource for employees, answering HR-related questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

• Maintaining positive employee relations and addressing any workplace issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

• Knowledge of HR management software is a plus.

• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations is a plus.

      Skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a human resources role (at least 2 years).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
