About the job
On behalf of our international client, a well-established consulting company with extensive experience in SAP solutions and international operations, we are looking for a Service Management Office Specialist to join their growing team in Greece. The position offers the flexibility to work either remotely or from their offices in Thessaloniki.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support daily service management and administrative operations across international customer accounts
Prepare and maintain service-related reports while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Assist in monitoring SLA-related activities and support the smooth coordination of service operations
Handle administrative processes such as reporting preparation, timesheet consolidation, and billing-related activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication, operational follow-up, and customer support
Maintain and support service-related systems, including ticketing and reporting tools
Manage first-level invoice-related requests and support customers with inquiries or clarifications in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and high-quality service support
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in service-related, administrative, back-office, reporting or customer support roles
Experience working with customers and handling operational or administrative requests in a professional environment
Comfortable working with structured data, reporting tools, ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a structured way of working
Very good communication in English and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within international teams and remote environments
Knowledge of German will be considered a strong advantage
