What you'll do
- Engage in ESG and Sustainability projects with professional teams
- Manage development of Sustainability reports under international standards
- Prepare greenhouse gas inventories and calculate Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions
- Draft climate risk assessments and climate resilience analysis reports
- Support development of climate strategies, net zero roadmaps, and decarbonization plans
- Stay updated on environmental regulations, climate policies, standards, and share updates and recommendations
- Contribute to selection of ESG data and analytics for sustainability reports and ratings
- Provide insight for ESG business development strategy and implementation
- Deliver high-quality work documented to company standards
- Maintain excellent client service and high business ethics
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of environmental sciences and sustainability reporting under international standards
- Experience in greenhouse gas inventories preparation and Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions calculations
- Skills in climate risk assessments, resilience analysis, and developing climate strategies and net zero roadmaps
- Familiarity with international standards including CSRD, ESRS, ISSB, TCFD, GRI, CDP, SBTi
- Fluent written and spoken English and proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, experience in sustainability audits, knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Environmental Sciences / Engineering / Economics / Business Administrationpreferred

About the job
The key responsibilities of this role will include :
Engagement in ESG & Sustainability projects, working in teams of qualified and highly motivated professionals.
Effectively manage the development of Sustainability reports under international standards (e.g. ESRS, GRI, SASB).
Prepare greenhouse gas inventories, Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions calculations, and emissions reduction plans.
Draft climate risk assessments (CRA) and climate resilience analysis reports.
Support clients in developing climate strategies, net zero roadmaps, decarbonization plans, adaptation plans and sustainability action plans.
Stay updated on environmental regulations, climate policies, emerging technologies, best practices, global ESG trends, new standards, tools, certifications, and KPIs, and share relevant updates, implications, and recommendations with our ESG leaders.
Be a key contributor in assessing and selecting ESG data, indices and analytics for client’s sustainability reports or rating agencies requirements.
Combine analytical skills and ESG expertise to provide critical insight and contribute to our ESG business development strategy, implementation and management.
Deliver work of highest quality, documented in accordance with our company’s standards.
Deliver excellent client service and maintain highest standards of business ethics.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a consulting/auditing firm or in ESG/Sustainability division of an organization in Greece or abroad.
A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences / Engineering / Economic / Business Administration or other STEM related fields.
Strong technical background on environmental assessments regarding GHG accounting and carbon footprint.
Knowledge of International Standards (such CSRD, ESRS, ISSB, TCFD, GRI, CDP and SBTi)
Fluent written and spoken English essential, knowledge of other languages a plus.
Expertise In use of Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Well-organized, structured and meticulous.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to work with diverse cultures.
Experience in sustainability audits
A postgraduate degree in a relevant or STEM related field would be an advantage.
Experience in leading small teams
Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Any related certification will also be highly appreciated.
Programming and AI related certifications.
